GKB Machines presented a notable premiere this week at the BTME trade fair in Harrogate: the introduction of the Deep Tine Aerator High Speed (DTA HS) series. With this new line, the manufacturer responds to the increasing time pressure within maintenance schedules of golf courses and sports fields.
The DTA HS models have been developed to enable greenkeepers to aerate more square metres per hour. Thanks to an optimised drive system and a lighter, more efficient construction, the machine can operate at higher speeds while maintaining GKB quality. For many course managers, this is a welcome development. The demand for more intensive maintenance continues to grow, while available time and workforce are under pressure. A faster deep-tine aerator can therefore make a noticeable difference in both planning and the playing quality of the course.
