The fire mainly raged in the roof of a warehouse that also housed office and tool areas. Heavy smoke developed. Thanks to the quick response of the fire brigade, the damage was limited to one section, partly due to firewalls.
Large-scale equipment deployed
Several fire engines, an aerial platform, and water tenders were used to fight the blaze. Around 4:05 a.m., the fire brigade declared the fire under control, but extinguishing operations continued for some time.
Cause and damage still unclear
The exact cause of the fire has not yet been determined. The Fire Investigation Team is expected to arrive in the morning to investigate. The extent of the damage is also still unknown. The company has activated an answering machine. This incident affects a business that operates primarily in the green sector. For landscaping firms, such a fire can have far-reaching consequences — including loss of equipment, office space, and operational continuity.
