De Eijk Groep acquired all shares of Hoveniers- en Bestratingsbedrijf F. Vije B.V. on March 28. This company from Twente, specialized in regional garden construction and paving, will retain its name and continue to operate within the existing business structure.

The landscaping company from Enschede was founded in 1992 and currently consists of around 35 professionals. Founder Frans Vije is stepping down, while his son Frank Vije will remain. Frank will work together with Arnold Pasman of De Eijk Groep to maintain and further develop client relationships. The company's website states: "In a time when the sector is showing signs of scaling up, it is essential to have a strong partner at our side." Vije himself adds: "In business, it's important to look ahead for the sake of the company and its employees. We all want to grow and ensure continuity, and for that it is necessary to broaden our horizons."
