In a press release, sister companies Heybroek and Kamps de Wild announced that the distribution of Amazone Green has been transferred. As of February 1, Kamps de Wild is the official importer and therefore responsible for growth through its own branches and for service and parts supply. Heybroek remains involved as a sales entity.
Amazone is pleased with this development, as it aligns well with their strategic direction. By the end of 2024, the company decided that in every country, they want a single importer for their products. Earlier in 2024, Amazone already announced that all machines would adopt the same green-orange color scheme. Until then, there were three separate colors and sometimes different importers for agriculture, green technology, and hoeing technology.
Product Manager Arne van der Valk of Heybroek clarifies to the editorial team that under this new arrangement, Heybroek will retain access to the Amazone Green segment. Additionally, almost all existing Amazone dealers from Heybroek will maintain their dealership status. Van der Valk states: 'Kamps de Wild is now the official distributor, but we remain closely involved as a sales entity.'

Consolidation
In Europe, Amazone is focusing on the ongoing consolidation of governments and contractors in green space management, water management, and public space maintenance. Professional customers require not only professional machines but also professional service. Providing training, digital solutions, and knowledge through a single channel is much more efficient.

Expansion of the sales team
To fully focus on Amazone Green machines, the decision was made to expand the Amazone sales team. As of February 1, Evert Langebeeke has joined Kamps de Wild as Sales Area Manager Amazone Green. Langebeeke has long been active at Empas. He will be responsible for the sales of machines such as the Grasshopper, Horsehopper, and Profihopper. Additionally, he will ensure that aftersales activities are professionally structured.
