According to trade fair director Tobias Ehrhard of the VDMA, Demopark is once again "a unique live experience," where visitors can try out machines and systems directly in practice. This year, the technological focus is on battery technology, automation, and digitalization. Robotics, in particular, is drawing attention: fully autonomous systems that can independently define and work designated areas are now ready for practical application. Combinations of satellite, sensor, and algorithmic technologies are also being showcased, with the aim of working more efficiently and sustainably. Demopark targets professionals in public green space management, garden and landscape design, and golf course maintenance. The exhibition spans approximately 25 hectares and provides space for demonstrations under realistic working conditions. In total, more than eighty product segments are being presented, ranging from handheld motorized tools to heavy-duty vehicles. Demopark is held biennially and organized by VDMA Services GmbH.
